What is Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) Certification?.

Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) was established on March 01, 2002 under the Energy Conservation Act (2001). The main aim of setting up BEE is to instigate a system to rate the electrical products on the basis of energy consumption.

BEE reflects the energy consumption of the electric product through star rating, the higher the star rating, the lower the energy consumption or more energy-efficient the product would be.
